ABOUT THE JOB
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the executive search process by supporting the recruitment of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and upper-level pharmaceutical executives. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing interview logistics, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both clients and candidates. You will use Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to proactively identify and engage top talent within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers, and tracking candidate progress throughout the hiring process. You will maintain accurate records in our ATS, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication between all parties. Additionally, you will build and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates, keeping them engaged for current and future opportunities.Beyond administrative tasks, you will also assist with market research, competitor analysis, and strategic talent mapping, helping the firm stay ahead in identifying top industry talent.
