OntheJob Training and Mentoring Program ('OJTM')
Through our OTJM Internship Program, each intern receives on-the-job training, appropriate certification training, management mentorship, which produces a portfolio of valid civilian labor force experience and the training necessary to earn associated industry-recognized professional certifications, depending on the pipeline they select, which validates their portfolio of experience.
ABOUT THE JOB
Project and Program Manager, General Manager or Entrepreneur, Human Resources Manager, or IT/Cyber Security Professional
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive on-the-job training
- Participate in appropriate certification training
- Engage in management mentorship
QUALIFICATIONS
- Project Management: 4-year degree + 30 months leading projects or Associate/no degree + 60 months leading projects
- General Management: High School Diploma
- Human Resources: High School Diploma + basic HR knowledge
- IT/Cyber: High School diploma + basic Cyber knowledge/interest and active Secret clearance
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY
Depending on pipeline selection, i.e. Project Management, General Management, IT/Cyber, or Human Resources pipelines. Project Management: requires 4-year degree + 30 months leading projects or Associate/no degree + 60 months leading projects. General Management: HS Diploma.
