ABOUT THE JOB
Key Responsibilities: -Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that will increase revenue growth and market share for the company. -Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs, and provide feedback to the executive team for product development and improvement. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure ongoing business opportunities and growth. -Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website. -Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity. -Track and analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions. -Collaborate with other departments, such as editorial and production, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred. -Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that have resulted in revenue growth. -Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics. -Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
