The Chief of Staff Fellowship is a full-time, immersive SkillBridge program uniquely designed to prepare transitioning service members to lead effectively as a civilian Chief of Staff, operational leadership, or program manager role. What makes this program unique is that the member experiences structured learning, hands-on project exposure, executive operations training and most of all...immersive training with Scott Mann's highly-respected and well known Rooftop Leadership Curriculum. Also unique to this program is Scott and his team have assisted hundreds of veterans through military transition and they will lend their deep knowledge and experience to providing this insight and training to this Fellowship Member. This will includes exposure and training in Scott's executive presence and executive storytelling skillset.
Synchronize and integrate strategic vision and operational objectives into a coherent strategy and quarterly execution plan; oversee the program performance of marketing, sales, and fulfillment; ensure business development is on track; oversee and manage the financial health of the business and keep it moving toward financial growth and social impact; steward of the culture and manage human capital throughout the company; integrate the vision of the company president Scott Mann and empower him to create new content, build strategic relationships, and deliver content by handling the other critical functions of the business at an oversight level.
Must be able to work on-sight when needed and/or hybrid-remote construct.
