BI Certified Operator (Balance & Interchange)
Utilizing your Balancing and Interchange (BI) Certified skillset, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and security of the power grid. Your BI Operations primary duties may include balancing generation and load, managing interchange schedules, and responding to system disturbances as part of a bulk-electrics systems and/or transmission-related focused role that is suited to current company operational needs. You may also monitor power flows, voltages, and system equipment to ensure a continuous power supply.
