Primary expectations of a Software Engineer I - Front End / Back End include:Estimates and completes development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis with a significant level of feedback and guidance from their teamDebugs, optimizes, maintains, and monitors their work in both test and production environmentsDevelops tests, monitoring/instrumentation, technical documentation, and analytics as appropriate for the given taskParticipates in on-call rotations with their team as necessaryBuilds technical and communication skills, gaining context around surrounding areasParticipates in planning sessions, building understanding of the development process and design patternsBasic Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of engineering experience● Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education● Proficient with software languages and technologies relevant to the program (or reasonableequivalents)
