ABOUT THE JOB

Desired outcomes: Familiar with roles and responsibilities, company products, its value proposition and how that compares to other competitors and the industry. Building Subject Matter Expertise: The company will start actively involving fellow in prospective target conversations. Fellow will start to perform day to day tasks in order to better understand how a company in this field operates. You will also become a subject matter expert in the topics of products and service offerings that the company provides to their partners in order to be able to proficiently aid the company in their mission.If ready and available, you will start contributing to Market Research functions and Critical Technology Analysis. With better understanding of corporate structure and operation, you will start developing a draft plan to attract and acquire more talent in order to develop competitive and highly sought out career opportunities with USCT. Understand the rationale of corporate history and structure, especially as compared to competitors. Develop a draft proposal on talent acquisition for company vacancies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
