Apple SkillBridge Fellowship Program

The Apple Data Center Commissioning team (DCx) is responsible for ensuring the following prior to a facility going into production:• All Data Center building systems are proven to function per design• The Data Center Operations team is properly trained• That the desired level of quality with respect to the Data Center construction has been achieved• That all Apple project goals with respect to a given Data Center construction project are achieved• All issues identified as part of the Commissioning process are resolved to Apple's satisfaction• All lessons learned resulting from the Commissioning process are logged and knowledge shared with the greater Apple team

ABOUT THE JOB

(LB8) Commissioning Coordinator The Commissioning Coordinator will assist the Apple DEx team in ensuring that Commissioning services are delivered per the Apple program. They will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, solving problems, and assisting the DCx team in implementing Commissioning strategies to ensure that that our Data Centers function per design. They will also assist with the completion and turnover of fully completed, issue-free facilities to support the growing needs of the growing Apple Data Center portfolio.Personal abilities must include: excellent communications skills, be a quick learner with an attention to detail, be a team player who is able to successfully interact with people from a variety of backgrounds and on a global scale, and be self-motivated to always be helping the DGX team as we seek to improve our Program.Qualifications:• Experience with Project and/or Process Management in Data Center Commissioning• Experience with Process Improvement strategies• Experience with development, execution, and audits of written procedures• Understanding of the ASHRAE and LEED commissioning processes.• High degree of interpersonal and relationship building skills.• Strong desire to increase skills and knowledge through additional training.• Strong organizational skills.• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a timely and effective manner.• Must be able to establish and maintain close working relationships with management, colleagues, team members, internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Education:• Engineering or Construction
