What You'll Do- Coach employees at all levels on performance, career paths and professional development- Establish trust with area operational teams and help them to view HR as a resource to achieve area goals while also aligning to corporate values and policy- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, termination decisions etc.- Conduct investigations under the guidance of corporate legal counsel- Communicate new, changing and existing policies and procedures, and ensure understanding, compliance, and adoption- Perform other tasks as requested by leadership
