ABOUT THE JOB

SkillBridge participants in the Sponsorship Sales role will support the development and execution of sponsorship opportunities across Dakdan Worldwide and its family of companies. RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Assist with identifying and researching potential sponsors and partners
• Support outbound outreach and sponsorship prospecting efforts
• Help prepare sponsorship proposals, decks, and value packages
• Maintain sponsorship pipelines and CRM records
• Assist with sponsor onboarding, fulfillment tracking, and reporting
• Coordinate with graphics, media, and operations teams on sponsor deliverables
• Track sponsorship assets, timelines, and performance metrics
• Support renewals, upsells, and long-term partnership development
• Learn pricing models, inventory management, and sponsorship valuation
• Attend all mandatory Dakdan Worldwide meetings and sponsorship sales check-ins

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Approved participation in the Department of Defense SkillBridge program
• Ability to attend mandatory company meetings on scheduled days
• Comfort with outreach, presentations, and client-facing communication
• Interest in sales, partnerships, or revenue operations
• Basic familiarity with sports, media, or sponsorship concepts preferred
• Strong professionalism, accountability, and coachability
• Must have a reliable desktop or laptop computer
