This detail is a Correspondence Analyst at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency in the Chief of the Contracting Office (COCO).The mission of CISA within DHS is to lead the national effort to protect and enhance the resilience of the nation's physical and cyber infrastructure. The CISA Contracting Office is responsible for procurement and administration of all non-classified contracts and agreements) for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and works closely with requiring offices located across the CISA footprint.
Assist in the build out of solutions that enable the organization to effectively find, store, display, and automate relevant information, content, and processes both externally to contracting office employees and internally to each branch groups. Work across groups, collaborating internally with identified and interested contracting POCs to help improve knowledge sharing in the organization. Assist with the internal training of employees on how best to utilize contracting resources to save employees time and stress when locating, displaying, or automating information and content sharing. Collaborates with leadership to capture automation ideas and use automation tools such as PowerAutomate, Power Apps and existing SharePoint Capabilities to automate existing processes. Implement automation solutions. Ability to effectively document processes, procedures, and external reference documentation. Assist with questions and troubleshooting, conduct technical research, proactively create solutions for identified problem areas. Assist with the design, coding, and maintenance of SharePoint based application UIs (look and feel), coding or altering custom web parts/modules, the development/maintenance of contracting applications. Proactively test new solutions/implementations
Secret Clearance required. Minimum 1 year experience in fields related to communications and knowledge management. Demonstrated Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, Problem solving abilities. Ability to effectively document processes, procedures, and external reference documentation. Familiar with knowledge management tools (including but not limited to SharePoint, O365 Suite, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). Enjoys interacting across groups (internal stakeholder interaction) to come up with effective solutions, performs solution testing, and training.
