Blackwater Dredging offers transitioning military service members hands-on training and experience in the dredging and marine construction industry. Participants will gain practical knowledge of dredging operations, heavy equipment, vessel operations, job site safety, equipment maintenance, and environmental compliance.
Dredging and marine construction operations, including heavy equipment operation, vessel support, equipment maintenance, workplace safety, and environmental compliance. Work alongside experienced professionals to develop practical skills and prepare for full-time employment in the marine dredging industry.
Must be in good physical shape and possess a great work ethic as well as a willingness to work as a team. Maritime license preferred but employees can work towards their credentials during skill bridge.
