This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and vacation properties managed by our company. Their primary goal is to ensure that the properties are well maintained, operationally efficient and financially viable while providing excellent service to guests and owners alike.

ABOUT THE JOB

Day to day tasks involve, but are not limited to, facility and maintenance management, tenant relations and leasing support, financial and budget management, operational efficiency and compliance and team & vendor coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential and vacation properties
• Ensuring properties are well maintained and operationally efficient
• Ensuring properties are financially viable
• Providing excellent service to guests and owners

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in facility and maintenance management
• Experience in tenant relations and leasing support
• Skills in financial and budget management
• Ability to ensure operational efficiency and compliance
• Experience in team and vendor coordination
