The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex SaaS implementations, strong project management skills, and a customer-focused mindset.Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS platform implementations, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to go-live and post-launch support.Customer Onboarding Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding project that meets customer goals and timelines.Stakeholder Management Work closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Project Documentation Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all milestones and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked.Risk Management Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation timeline, quality, or customer satisfaction, proactively addressing challenges before they escalate.Resource Management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and that each project phase has the necessary support to move forward smoothly.Reporting & Communication Regularly communicate project status, risks, and milestones to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Experience 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS implementation or technical project management in a customer-facing role. Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. PMP or similar certification is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS implementation or technical project management in a customer-facing role.
