This program is to describe RGD’s plan and expectations for the participants of the DoD SkillBridge Training Program. The partnership with the DoD SkillBridge Program is an opportunity for RGD to preview some of the best trained individuals in the marketplace. As military veterans, RGD trusts that SkillBridge participants are not only well trained, but self-disciplined, dedicated, loyal candidates for open positions within RGD’s ranks. The benefits of having SkillBridge participants within the company are numerous and advantageous to RGD. However, the biggest benefit is the chance to provide an opportunity US service members and show that we value what they have to offer. For RGD to be able to repay veterans in a small way for the service they have provided during their military careers, is the driving factor in our desire to participate in the program and we are honored for the consideration.
