Technical Program Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

The TPM will lead the deployment and operationalization of autonomous cybersecurity solutions in real-world environments. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and customer operators to ensure AI-driven defense systems are delivered safely, reliably, and effectively across critical infrastructure and defense networks.The Technical Program Manager owns end-to-end technical programs—from planning and integration through deployment, validation, and continuous improvement—bridging complex technical work with mission and operational requirements. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, coordination, and operational readiness rather than feature delivery alone.Success in this role stems from a strong technical fluency, experience working in regulated or high-stakes environments, and the ability to translate between engineering teams and operational stakeholders to deliver trusted, production-ready systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨
