Proven record of experience and success in identifying contract opportunities, existing / prior experience and knowledge of an Agency and the clients and business for the upcoming contract opportunities, teaming with qualified companies, support capturing and qualifying opportunities, and supporting proposal teams and oral presentations to the clients. Initial focus is with Department of Defense agencies, with intention to explore other government agency contracts/locations in the future. Able to build market positions by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships and identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements. Good interpersonal, communication, writing and client relationship management skills. Active Security Clearance is desirable.
Bachelor's preferred.
