Training Cell Director - Internship
The objective of our program, in partnership with Mithril Defense and the Campus Guardian Angel program, is to ensure participants are trained with the knowledge and skills to design and implement comprehensive training for FPV drone pilots, former SOF and law enforcement operators, and communications liaisons, ensure training covers rapid drone deployment, digital twin navigation, less-lethal engagement tactics, and situational awareness tools, lead realistic training scenarios, hands-on simulations, drills, and mock deployments to ensure readiness for active shooter events, oversee pilot credentialing and skill assessments to uphold operational excellence, develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in collaboration with leadership, partner with Ops, Development, Sales, and Education teams to align training strategies with evolving service offerings, evaluate training effectiveness via performance metrics and debriefs; refine programs to align with real‑world outcomes and evolving threats, and represent training capabilities in webinars, demonstrations, and legislative or school district briefings.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Training Cell Director, you will architect, lead, and oversee all training functions across drone operations. Your goal is to ensure that our operations center and pilot teams remain highly effective, regulatory-compliant, and mission-ready—delivering life-saving interventions in critical school safety scenarios.
