Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, project plans, and reports. Financial Support: Assist in the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking to ensure financial compliance and project profitability. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project managers, contractors, government officials, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all project activities comply with government contracting requirements, including adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines. Procurement Assistance: Support the procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring specifications and delivery schedules are met. Project Monitoring: *Track project progress against timelines and milestones, providing updates to project managers and identifying potential issues. Qualifications:- 2+ years of college in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in project management, project administration or a similar role, with a preference for experience with the government.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams.- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and government contracting laws.- A proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented approach to project support.
