We are seeking Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians to join our company. Transitioning service members will have a direct pathway into the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. This role will include hands‑on technical training, real‑world field experience, and professional development designed to prepare you for a full‑time career as a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician. This program is ideal for individuals who enjoy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, problem‑solving, and working in dynamic environments.
Duties: Under direct supervision, assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems. This position requires a strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, with the ability to problem solve and provide superior customer service.Requirements: Must be capable of following established safety requirements. Must be able to operate necessary tools in a safe manner. Must be able to work in cramped spaces required to access various systems. Requires good communication skills to interact with teammates and customers. Experience working with electrical systems and generators is highly desirable. Must reliably show up to work for a 35-45 hour work week.

Participants will gain EPA section 608 certification and an OSHA 10 safety card. Interplay software will be used to advance HVAC knowledge and prepare members for their NATE certification.
