MRP Contracting LLC is a federal construction contractor. This 26-week, full-time, in-person on-the-job training places a transitioning service member with MRP’s field leadership, safety and quality control team on active federal construction projects. The participant learns field leadership and scheduling, MRP’s weekly safety program and incident reporting, the three-phase quality control inspection system, RFI and submittal management, and change order and cost tracking. Training is led by MRP’s Superintendent, Safety Officer and QC Manager. Construction experience is preferred.
