Director of Sponsorship Military Baseball US Tour Our organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sponsorship to lead the sponsorship efforts for our Military Baseball US Tour. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sports sponsorship, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for supporting military families and veterans.

ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities: -Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy for the Military Baseball US Tour.-Identify and engage potential sponsors, build relationships, and negotiate partnerships. -Develop sponsorship packages and proposals that align with sponsors' marketing objectives and provide value for their investment. -Ensure sponsorships are executed according to contract terms and deliverables are met. -Work closely with the marketing and events teams to develop marketing collateral and ensure sponsor visibility at events. -Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on sponsorship revenue and progress towards goals. -Manage the sponsorship budget and ensure expenses are in line with revenue goals. -Attend events as needed to represent the organization and engage with sponsors. -Build relationships with military and veteran organizations to support the mission of the tour. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or related field. -Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers. -Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. -Passion for supporting military families and veterans. -Experience in event management and marketing is a plus. -Knowledge of baseball is preferred but not required.
