Operations Manager: Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, the Operations Manager will lead a criticalstrategic project focused on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency at Frontline Legal Service.The role involves a deep-dive analysis of the company's financial ecosystem, specifically examining therelationship between revenue generated from various customer acquisition affiliates and the associatedexpenses from legal team assignments, with all data housed in QuickBooks and Excel. The primaryobjective is to develop and implement a strategy to maximize profit margins by Q4 by optimizing this cost-to-revenue structure. A key component of this role will be to lead the integration of AI-powered solutionsto automate and expedite revenue and expense reporting directly from QuickBooks and Excel, creating asustainable, data-driven operational model for the company.
Must have capability to work online, work well in small teams, and be able to coordinate timelines and understand expense reporting.
