ABOUT THE JOB

SkillBridge participants in the Casting Director role support structured talent identification, outreach, coordination, and documentation processes across Dakdan Worldwide media and production initiatives. This role operates in a deadline driven creative environment where organization, communication, and technology fluency are essential.Key Responsibilities:Research and identify potential talent for media productions, live events, digital programming, and sponsorship campaigns.Utilize artificial intelligence driven search tools and analytics platforms to evaluate talent performance metrics and audience engagement.Coordinate audition schedules, talent submissions, and digital casting calls.Maintain structured talent databases and CRM tracking systems.Assist with contract coordination and documentation preparation in collaboration with legal and production teams.Support on camera, voiceover, influencer, and athlete recruitment efforts.Collaborate with graphics, production, sponsorship, and marketing departments.Monitor industry trends and emerging talent platforms.Contribute to workflow automation initiatives that improve casting efficiency.Attend all mandatory Dakdan Worldwide meetings and production coordination briefings.Participants will gain exposure to modern content production ecosystems, AI powered analytics tools, automation workflows, and scalable talent management systems used in contemporary media operations.https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/ZNqjXqtsDCFjiSdDgci5
