Assist attorneys representing the United States Government in federal court.
Participants will serve as legal support staff members in either the Criminal or Civil Division, assisting attorneys in the preparation and handling of federal cases.
Applicants must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the bar (any jurisdiction), and have at least 1* year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience. An exceedingly strong academic background, and exemplary writing skills are essential. U.S. citizenship is required.
