This is a remote or in-person internship to become a licensed mortgage loan officer.
A Mortgage Loan Officer is responsible for guiding clients through the loan application process, evaluating their financial needs, and recommending suitable mortgage products. They play a crucial role in facilitating the loan approval process and ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
- Complete the 20 hour SAFE pre-licensing course (paid for by Acrisure Mortgage)- Pass the federal NMLS licensing test (paid for by Acrisure Mortgage)- Complete the state pre-licensing course (paid for by Acrisure Mortgage)- Complete a background check (required for licensing and to access Acrisure Systems, paid for by Acrisure Mortgage)- After the completion of the 26 week SkillBridge internship you will receive a job offer letter that will include a 12 month commitment in exchange for the cost of MLO course work and licensing.
There is not a specific location for this internship, your location will dictate the state licensing that you will receive. All states are eligible except for New York. You will receive a company laptop to be able to access Acrisure Mortgage operating systems.
