Join our team to gain hands-on experience in organizational operations, project coordination, and workforce development. This internship is designed for service members transitioning to civilian careers in administrative leadership, HR, finance/accounting, talent acquisition, or project/program management. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to learn best practices in managing people, resources, and deliverables.
Training Areas:-Human Resources processes, talent acquisition, and onboarding.-Project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking.-Finance & accounting fundamentals for business operations.-Cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.-Tools: Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or Jira), Unanet, Paylocity, Taleo. What You’ll Learn:-Translating military planning skills into civilian project management.-Applying process improvement techniques to real-world workflows.-Understanding the employee lifecycle from recruiting to offboarding.-Managing budgets, invoices, and operational reporting.
-Has served at least 180 days on active duty.-Is within 180 days of separation or retirement.-Will receive honorable discharge.-Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS.-Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months.-Received Unit Commander authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
