The IT Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our technological infrastructure. Responsibilities include configuring hardware, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth system integration. This role supports both field and back-office personnel, including key executives, and responds promptly and professionally to all support requests.Key tasks involve setting up and maintaining IT equipment, conducting advanced troubleshooting, and designing solutions for local offices. The role also includes learning and executing current IT processes efficiently, generating reports, performing data entry, and maintaining clear records of incident tickets and equipment changes. The IT Technician also travels occasionally to remote offices for support and completes other onsite administrative tasks.
