The AVPRO Administrator serves as the primary system administrator and data manager for the AVPRO maintenance and operations platform, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and reporting of maintenance activities.
System Administration & Data Management• Administer and maintain the AVPRO system, including user accounts, permissions, and system configurations. • Ensure all maintenance data, work orders (WOs), and records are accurately entered, updated, and maintained. • Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes to ensure system availability and reliability. • Manage file paths, system resources, and application dependencies (e.g., Visual FoxPro environment). Maintenance Tracking & Documentation• Track all maintenance actions, inspections, and discrepancies within AVPRO. • Ensure proper documentation of completed work, including labor, parts, and corrective actions. • Validate data accuracy and completeness to support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements. • Support maintenance control and operations teams by providing real-time status of work orders and asset readiness. • Generate reports on maintenance status, trends, backlog, and performance metrics. • Provide leadership with actionable insights to support decision-making and resource allocation. • Identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements. Quality Assurance & Compliance• Ensure all AVPRO entries meet organizational and regulatory standards. • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and system data. • Implement and enforce data governance practices to maintain system integrity. User Support & Training• Provide training and guidance to users on proper AVPRO usage and data entry procedures. • Troubleshoot user issues related to access, system errors, or data visibility (e.g., missing WOs or drives). • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system use and maintenance.
