The Game Design Director SkillBridge Program at Ride Fear Free is designed for transitioning service members who want to lead the development of interactive training simulations, educational gaming tools, and immersive digital learning environments. This role supports safety education, training engagement, sponsorship integration, and national awareness initiatives through strategic game design and interactive storytelling.This structured leadership track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment. ABOUT THE JOB
