As a key member of the service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and in-person interactions. You’ll assess customer needs, prepare quotes and repair plans, and keep customers informed throughout the service process. Responsibilities include creating and reviewing work orders, ensuring accuracy for invoicing and warranty, and adhering to safety and environmental policies. This role offers hands-on experience in customer relationship management, service coordination, and operational support.
