Sales Development Representative (SDR)
This is a full-time role where you will directly support our Enterprise Sales Representatives in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. As an Enterprise SDR at ASAP Marketplace, you will be an essential member of our sales team, handling critical day-to-day account management tasks while gaining valuable experience in enterprise sales operations.
ABOUT THE JOB
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Enterprise Sales Representatives with daily account management activitiesConduct outbound prospecting calls to identify new opportunities within assigned enterprise accountsCreate and customize professional quotes based on client requirements and pricing guidelinesEstablish and maintain support tickets in our service management systemSchedule and coordinate meetings between clients and Enterprise Sales RepresentativesResearch accounts and identify key decision makers to expand our footprint within enterprise clientsPrepare and distribute sales materials and presentation decks for client meetingsTrack account activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM systemIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and expedite solutionsRequired Qualifications1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account managementStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProfessional phone presence and etiquetteAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamProblem-solving mindset with a customer-first approachBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Enterprise Sales Representatives with daily account management activities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to identify new opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts
- Create and customize professional quotes based on client requirements and pricing guidelines
- Establish and maintain support tickets in our service management system
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and Enterprise Sales Representatives
- Research accounts and identify key decision makers to expand our footprint within enterprise clients
- Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentation decks for client meetings
- Track account activities and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and expedite solutions
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Professional phone presence and etiquette
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot experience preferred)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- Prior experience supporting enterprise or large accounts
- Familiarity with quote generation systems and processes
- Knowledge of the equipment rental industry
- Experience with support ticket management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
