The Track 1 Helper is an entry-level technical role supporting cable installation and data center infrastructure operations. Participants assist experienced technicians with the installation, routing, termination, and testing of fiber optic and copper cabling systems, helping build and maintain critical communication networks.
The Helper provides direct support to installation teams including material handling, tool staging, and maintaining safe jobsite operations.
Most currently have a TS/SCI with CI Poly for many secured facilities.
