SeeScan is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes solving problems, working with their hands, and collaborating with diverse teams. This training program will prepare you for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will* Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and disassembly of electro-mechanical parts and assemblies* Conduct root cause analysis of component, subassembly, and system-level failures* Document findings, create reports, and communicate results to cross-functional manufacturing teams* Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and product qualityYour background* Active-duty service member eligible for SkillBridge participation* Experience with electro-mechanical systems (military or civilian)* Hands-on troubleshooting skills and experience with root cause analysis* Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawingsAbout you* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities* Creative approach to problem solving, with a focus on detail and accuracy* Desire to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment
