The Field Project Manager SkillBridge opportunity is a hands-on, field-based training program designed for transitioning service members interested in construction project management. The selected participant will support and lead commercial masonry projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, site safety, and contractor coordination. This role offers real-world exposure to managing site operations and project execution under the mentorship of senior construction leaders.

ABOUT THE JOB

- Manage full-scale commercial projects, overseeing all field operations.- Ensure daily safety compliance and maintain detailed daily reports.- Attend meetings with general contractors, providing updates and ensuring alignment on project timelines and deliverables.- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating closely with site teams and subcontractors.- Conduct quality control checks to uphold the highest standards in masonry work.
