FLX Solutions is seeking a strategic leader for our Product Management and Operations SkillBridge program. The program will provide a comprehensive introduction to the FLX Solutions team, revolutionizing Maritime, Defense, Energy, and Transit Maintenance with Advanced Robotics. As a member of the team, you will be exposed to all facets of production and manufacturing development, asset management, acquisition responsibilities, and sustainment. You will bridge the gap between advanced engineering and market-ready robotic solutions. In this executive-track training role, you will work directly with our CEO and senior leadership to drive our product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management. This experience is designed to leverage your military leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight skills to manage the "What" and "Why" of our product offerings.
