The Nonprofit Fundraising Associate SkillBridge Program at Ride Fear Free is designed for transitioning service members who want to develop skills in fundraising strategy, donor outreach, sponsorship development, and nonprofit revenue generation. This role supports mission driven initiatives by helping generate funding for motorcycle safety education, community programs, training initiatives, and national awareness campaigns.This structured development track can be applied for with a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days, based on command approval and program alignment. ABOUT THE JOB

The Nonprofit Fundraising Associate supports the development and execution of fundraising initiatives that help sustain and expand Ride Fear Free programs.Responsibilities include:Research potential donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and community organizations.Assist in developing fundraising campaigns and outreach strategies.Support donor communication through email campaigns, newsletters, and follow up correspondence.Help coordinate fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, and community engagement initiatives.Maintain donor databases and track fundraising progress within CRM systems.Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and donor presentations.Research grant opportunities and assist with funding prospect lists.Monitor fundraising campaign performance and donor engagement metrics.Utilize artificial intelligence based research tools to identify new funding opportunities.Support long term donor relationship development and stewardship activities.This role prepares participants for careers in nonprofit fundraising, development operations, donor relations, sponsorship sales, or nonprofit program management.Apply Now:https://my.usaev.net/v2/preview/XzeuSbt1qLZMX1AD3Sqt
