Grid Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator will work under the leadership and supervision of the core SANAH team (Program Directors, Senior Program Manager and Partnerships Manager) to develop and implement the SANAH Program over its 5-year grant cycle.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Opportunity:The Program Coordinator will work under the leadership and supervision of the core SANAH team (Program Directors, Senior Program Manager and Partnerships Manager) to develop and implement the SANAH Program over its 5-year grant cycle. Main duties will include: Program Administration: Contribute to the daily operations of the SANAH program, ensuring adherence to program rules, organizational policies and procedures Project Management: Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently and effectively Stakeholder Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, program partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations and standards Process improvement: Work with various stakeholders to identify opportunities to streamline processes General Administrative Support: Field and respond to various program-related inquiries, support the program’s other areas of work and take on responsibilities as assigned What you need to bring to this role: Passionate about GRID’s mission, renewable energy, affordable housing, and/or environment/environmental justice work Experience in program administration or project management, preferably in a non-profit setting Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while working across large internal and external teams Strong computer productivity skills, organizational abilitiesWhere you will sit & the places you may go: This position may require up to 25% out-of-town travel to regional offices and special projects. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required.GRID Alternatives may provide vehicles for work travel and/or travel reimbursement for personal vehicle use. In this instance, applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
