Play an integral role in supporting the people who make Worley’s projects possible. As a People Team Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner to craft professionals, site leadership, and operations teams, ensuring that People processes are delivered with consistency, care, and professionalism. This role sits at the intersection of people, projects, and performance, and it offers the opportunity to make a visible impact across assigned locations while building a strong foundation in Human Resources within a dynamic, field-oriented environment.Purpose of the roleYou will be responsible for supporting the general People needs of all direct-hire craft employees at assigned sites. The purpose of this role is to ensure that People-related activities are well-coordinated, compliant, and aligned with Worley policies, procedures, and values. By working closely with site leadership, operations management, and corporate partners, you will help foster sound People practices that support safe, productive, and engaged teams.Core ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and administering new hire orientations, ensuring a welcoming and compliant onboarding experience from day one. This includes completing all required paperwork, processing new hires into Worley’s system of record, and completing the employer section of Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) forms.You will interface regularly with Payroll, Benefits, IT, Site Leadership, and Corporate teams to ensure accurate and timely coordination of People activities. This includes entering employee transactions such as transfers, rate changes, promotions, and terminations into the HR information system, as well as responding to unemployment claims and supporting data and reporting requests.You will provide ongoing support to the craft recruitment team, particularly with sourcing activities, posting positions, and verifying candidate skills. You will also assist with planning and preparing recruiting events, including career fairs, open houses, and college campus recruiting, and you will represent Worley at industry events as needed.In this role, you will hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments in an ethical, honest, and professional manner. You will provide additional support to the People team as required and take on miscellaneous duties that contribute to the overall success of the department and the region.
