The Maroon Group SkillBridge Internship is a 17-week, hands-on training program designed to help transitioning service members gain practical, real-world experience in the residential real estate industry.This program provides structured training across business operations, marketing, client communication, and transaction management while working alongside a top-performing real estate team. At the completion of this program, the participant will have transferable skills in organization, communication, and business systems while gaining exposure to how a high-performing, relationship-driven real estate business operates.

ABOUT THE JOB

Interns will support daily operations of a residential real estate team while receiving guided training and hands-on experience.Responsibilities include:- Assisting with office operations and administrative tasks- Organizing and maintaining property and client data- Supporting marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, and listing materials- Conducting market and neighborhood research- Observing and assisting with open houses and property showings- Supporting transaction coordination and document management- Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage client interactions- Collaborating with team members on projects and workflows**Interns will not perform any duties requiring a real estate license.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced setting

There is no cost to participating service members. Participants continue to receive their military pay and benefits during the program. There is one location for the position: Newport News, VA.
