The Project Sales Manager SkillBridge position provides transitioning service members with hands-on training in business development, project management, and client engagement within a consulting environment. Participants will support the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, client needs assessment, proposal development, and coordination with delivery teams.Trainees will gain experience using CRM systems, developing Statements of Work (SOW), and supporting project execution to ensure alignment with client requirements. The program emphasizes real-world application, cross-functional collaboration, and professional communication.Upon completion, participants will be prepared for roles in project management, business development, and sales within the consulting and federal contracting sectors.
Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in operations, planning, or team leadership. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is recommended. Must be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program and receive command approval.
