Growth Vantage Venture & Operations Fellowship

This fellowship offers a transitioning service member the opportunity to master the full-cycle recruitment process within the high-growth tech sector. As a Technical Recruiter Fellow, you will bridge the gap between elite engineering talent and groundbreaking fusion technology. You will learn to identify, engage, and hire top-tier professionals across physics, software, and advanced manufacturing, serving as the front-line ambassador for the company’s mission to provide clean power for the world.

ABOUT THE JOB

Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Learn advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing techniques to find niche "Hard Tech" talent.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage candidates from initial outreach through the interview process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with Department Heads to define job requirements and translate technical needs into compelling job descriptions.Employer Branding: Help create content and attend networking events that showcase the company culture and mission to the broader tech community.

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

• Learn advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing techniques to find niche 'Hard Tech' talent.
• Manage candidates from initial outreach through the interview process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Department Heads to define job requirements and translate technical needs into compelling job descriptions.
• Help create content and attend networking events that showcase the company culture and mission to the broader tech community.

QUALIFICATIONS✨

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable 'selling' a vision to high-level professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in military personnel management or counseling.
• Must have a high interest in science/technology and be able to quickly learn technical terminology related to fusion energy.

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable "selling" a vision to high-level professionals.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in military personnel management or counseling.Technical Aptitude: Must have a high interest in science/technology and be able to quickly learn technical terminology related to fusion energy.
