The Executive Officer serves as the principal advisor to the Commanding Officer (CO) on all matters pertaining to the unit's operations, administration, training, and readiness. The XO is responsible for managing the unit's day-to-day activities, coordinating staff efforts, and ensuring the effective execution of the CO's orders and directives. This is a challenging and demanding leadership position requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
