ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, the Recruiting/Sourcing Intern will support the company's hiring efforts by identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent for technical, systems, and cleared engineering positions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the full-cycle recruiting process, with a focus on sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and pipeline development to meet future growth needs. This position is ideal for a transitioning military professional with strong organizational, research, and communication skills looking to build expertise in talent acquisition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying, sourcing, and engaging top-tier talent for technical, systems, and cleared engineering positions
- Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process
- Developing sourcing strategies
- Enhancing candidate engagement
- Developing pipeline for future growth needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- Military experience with a focus on leadership, personnel management, or administration
- Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with recruiting or sourcing candidates in a professional setting (preferred)
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software (preferred)
- Exposure to technical or defense/aerospace industries (preferred)
