Cyber Defense: Network+ Security - Internship

Cyber Defense students will successfully prepare to take the industry certifications Security+ and Network+. This course will focus on repairing, servicing and upgrading computers and peripherals, network theory, network implementations, network security basics, and test taking skills. Other topics include computer hardware, operating systems, network installations and configuration, security planning, access systems, cryptography, and troubleshooting. Interview techniques and resume writing are also covered.

ABOUT THE JOB

Individuals with CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications may find employment as a Network Security Specialist, Information Assurance Technician or Cybersecurity Analyst. This dual-certification makes candidates highly competitive for government contracting, defense logistics, and corporate IT roles.
