This full-time, 90–180-day internship (M–F, 9 AM–5 PM) Through hands-on projects and guided learning, you’ll explore every layer of desktop and network support—from fixing broken hardware to troubleshooting software, managing tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The Desktop Support Internship at Bentex Group provides structured, on-the-job training under the guidance of the desktop support engineering team. Over the course of the program you can expect to be involved in the followingDesktop Support – onboarding, ticketing systems, and service desk workflowsHardware Troubleshooting – diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading laptops, desktops, and peripheralsSoftware Troubleshooting – resolving OS/application issues, patching, and installsNetwork & Security – assisting with connectivity issues, user access, and basic security protocolsHelp Desk Operations – managing incidents, documenting fixes, and providing end-user trainingDaily responsibilities will include:Tier 1- 3 desktop support for end-users across multiple locations with hands-on troubleshootingConfiguring and maintaining workstations and mobile devicesMonitoring network activity and escalating issues as neededLogging, prioritizing, and closing help desk ticketsCollaborating with the IT team to improve service delivery
