Teacher (1-30 Days)

Teacher candidates will complete hands-on, in-person field experience hours tailored to their specific grade level and subject interests. Working in tandem with an experienced teacher mentor throughout training, candidates will observe classroom practices and gain valuable insights to help determine a clear, viable pathway to teacher certification.

ABOUT THE JOB

To address key educational needs, Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) provides targeted certification support in critical shortage areas. While opportunities exist across multiple subjects, high-demand disciplines include, but are not limited to: Mathematics, Science, Special Education, and English as a Second Language (ESL/ELD)

RESPONSIBILITIES✨

QUALIFICATIONS✨
