Aviation Human Resource Management responsibilities related to attracting, developing, managing, and retaining a high-quality aviation workforce. This includes tasks like recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:.Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop job descriptions, manage recruitment processes (posting, interviewing, candidate selection), and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Training and Development:.Design and implement training programs for employees, including initial training, ongoing development, and specialized training for specific aviation roles. Performance Management:.Develop and administer performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and address performance issues. Compensation and Benefits:.Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Employee Relations:.Address employee concerns, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive and respectful work environment. Compliance:.Stay current with aviation regulations, industry standards, and relevant employment laws, ensuring compliance in all HR practices. Strategic HR:.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's overall goals. Data Management:.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Other HR Tasks:.May include tasks such as administering payroll, handling employee records, and managing HR systems.
