The Salesforce Administrator Training Program allows participants to gain on-the-job training by leading the ongoing development of our Salesforce customer relationship management software deployment. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Fundraising, Marketing, Outreach, Client Management and our core program business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day guidance received regarding the configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
