ABOUT THE JOB
In this role, you will be responsible for addressing incoming customer inquiries, resolving customer service issues, and ensuring that our customers' concerns and feedback are heard and addressed effectively. You'll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
